Program Purpose
The Higher National Diploma (HND) in Conflict and Negotiation is designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to understand, manage, and resolve conflicts in personal, organizational, national, and international settings. This program is tailored to the socio-political and economic contexts of The Gambia and West Africa.
