Hilary Hubert Jesse Jackson is a seasoned professional in leadership, management, and information technology, with extensive experience in education, coordination, and organizational development across Africa. Since January 2014, Mr. Jackson has served as the National Coordinator of the P-ARI Foundation in The Gambia and Regional Coordinator for Anglophone Africa, where he has led impactful initiatives in community engagement, leadership development, and regional collaboration. His leadership within P-ARI has contributed significantly to strengthening networks and advancing development programs across the continent.

Mr. Jackson’s academic and professional journey is deeply connected with Banutu Business College, where he has held multiple leadership and administrative roles. He earned both his Higher National Diploma (HND) and Advanced Diploma (AD) in Leadership and Management from the college in 2012 and 2008, respectively. Over the years, he has served as Director, Office Manager, and IT Coordinator, contributing to the institution’s growth in technology integration and academic excellence.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson worked with the School of Management, Accountancy & Technology, where he held key positions, including Acting Administrator, Course Coordinator, and IT Lecturer, between 2006 and 2008. His ability to bridge leadership with technology made him instrumental in curriculum innovation and academic program administration.

In 2013, he further expanded his global exposure by completing a Basic Chinese Language Course at the Taiwan Cultural Center, thereby enhancing his cross-cultural communication and international collaboration skills.
