Program Purpose

The HND in Leadership and Management is designed to prepare students for professional roles in public, private, and non-profit sectors. The program provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge in leadership, strategic management, organizational behavior, and ethical decision-making, enabling them to effectively lead and manage in diverse environments. The program is tailored to meet the socio-economic needs of The Gambia and the West African region.
